I am a mother of three, a two year old son and newborn twin girls! Fitness used to be my go-to. I was in the gym nearly everyday. After I left active duty however it became more challenging to keep up with my fitness, namely because the accountability was no longer there, but also because being a mom took up so much of my time, and I fell completely out of my routine. Now that I’ve completed my last pregnancy (hopefully), I’m ready to get back into it. I don’t have a PT test to train for anymore, but I do want my body back, and I want to do pullups again. So…this blog is my accountability.
