Congrats on taking the plunge. I think these things are always much more doable than what we build them up to be - it&#039;s a bit of a fear thing isn&#039;t it, worrying if we&#039;ll be tough enough to stick to the plan!

		<description>Hi Kat, I started my Paleo diet on Monday and I must say it hasn&#039;t been as terrible as I thought it would be (ask me again next week LOL).  I&#039;m finding preparing &amp; eating my food much more interesting than mindlessly reaching for a couple of slices of bread in the morning!  I&#039;ve had problems with milk intolerance which I have ignored for years plus I&#039;ve been eating far to many grains &amp; ridiculous amounts of sugar so it was about time I did something.  I must admit I am missing the many cups of english breakfast tea with milk &amp; sugar I drank but hopefully that will pass!  Oh and thanks for all your previous help on supps &amp; protein shakes, love all the helpful info on your blogs.</description>
